While some of our clients have a technical staff and want to support their own web sites and servers the vast majority do not want to be burdened with additional work. Sky-Pro has the capabilities and experience to manage all aspects of our clients web sites. In addition to managing the configuration of the server, email accounts, and data backups; we can also administer special features such as newsletters, event calendars, sales catalogs, and mailing lists.

We know that "stuff" happens, even the best hardware breaks or software bugs can appear, to ensure our clients satisfaction Sky-Pro actively monitors the operational status of our web servers. We automatically check each client's site and the corresponding domain name servers four times an hour, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We want to be the first to know when a problem appears so that we can initiate corrective action immediately. Our goal is to have it fixed before you even know there was a problem.
